1. Send your items for review
Email card names, sets, quantities, condition, slab certification numbers and clear front/back photos. We review your submission and recent sold prices, then provide a preliminary estimate subject to physical inspection.

2. Arrange delivery
Contact us before shipping. We agree on shipping or local handoff instructions and the payout method before you send your items.

3. Verification after receipt
We check that the items and quantities match your submission, inspect condition and authenticity, check slab labels and certification details, and inspect sealed packaging for damage or signs of tampering. We explain any differences that affect the offer.

4. Accept your final offer
After inspection, we email a final offer. You must explicitly accept the final amount before payment. An inquiry or shipment does not authorize a sale or automatic payout.

5. Payout or return
In-person purchases can be paid in cash after inspection and acceptance. Nonlocal purchases receive an online payout using the agreed method after final acceptance. If you decline the final offer, we arrange the return of your items. Sellers cover return shipping costs.
